Dear sir I have a tibia internal fixation with plate and screws. I want to know that how much time i need to rest and after how much time i can walk?
I had a commuted fracture of upper end tibia left and had surgery fr the same with One plate and 6 screws to fix the fracture. Its been 3 mon nw.. hw long will it take to heal fully ? Will i be able to walk lyk i used to and wear heels??
4 months ago I broke my leg in low tibia, ankle bones, and snapped fibula. I got metal plate and screws on fibula & it healed enough to walk normal. But, when I walk it feels like the plate shaking. Is this normal?
Good day I would like to know except bed rest what can help me with hip joint pain. It is so unbearable, it's painful when I walk, sit, get up and even trying to change positions when sleeping. I unfortunately cannot take leave now.
