Let it heal: Depends on your specific mid foot fx.It sounds like it did not require surgery( displaced lis franc injury). It should improve over the next 4-6 wks. I'd it does not, see your treating ors.If the pain causes u to limp, discontinue walking and swim or ex. Bike...
