No: Better avoid the combination, night time cough medicines contain antihistamines which interact with trazodone, also other ingredients of cough meds like dextromethorphan would interact with trazodone as well, all would lead to CNS depression, call or see your doctor if your cough symptoms are really bothersome and you can't stop the trazodone , good luck
