No: Consult your prescriber, but I believe Trazodone hangs around awhile in your system & may interact w/some OTC meds. Besides, I don't recommend the combination OTC cold meds bc they may contain unnecessary, & even dangerous, ingredients. For thick mucous, use plain guafenisin. For allergies, use otc certrizine. For runny nose that clear mucous, if no HTN, phenylephrine or sudafed
