Can i mix nyquil with meletonon to sleep. or even trazadone. i took nyquil but can fall asleep. are they safe together?

Yes: They should be ok. However there are many causes for sleep disorder and you should consider seeing your doctor if this is a long term problem. In the meanwhile, try no caffeine after noon, no bright light exposure or exercise 2 hrs before bedtime.
