8 days ago i developed a swelling just above my navel that is visible only if i stand and lean back.it sticked out more at the beggining,now less.

Navel: You may have a small umbilical hernia that is only noticeable on that maneuver. Another possibility is a separation of the rectus muscles of the abdominal wall when you tense these which is not a true hernia. If you note persistence of the lump, consult a general surgeon for evaluation and advice.
