Had a robotic keyhole myomectomy 3 weeks ago. the umbilical incision is painful and swollen. so is the area around the navel. could it be hernia? the swelling on top of the belly button never gone down?

There are many possible etiologies-including an incisional infection. You should call the surgeon so this can be examined and treated by the surgeon. You may need antibiotics if it is an infection and it may need to be treated if it is a hernia. But, your surgeon needs to examine you to make a diagnosis. Good luck!
