NO: Art the age of 16 you should be asleep as you hit the pillow! try getting rid of all the "junk" in your diet, particularly all the sweet stuff. It may seem strange to you but your brain is dependent on a pristine diet.

Quiet hour: You can't expect to sleep well if you spend the time before texting or talking on the telephone. Set up a quiet hour before bedtime by listening to soft music, take a warm bath, etc.
