Hello. I think Im suffering from Insomnia. I take melatonin everyday to fall asleep but I cant stay asleep I wake up 2/3 per night. I do suffer with anxiety+depression, my blood works are normal. Im just always tired. What other tests can be done?
Hello. Im constantly tired. It doesnt get better with rest I wake 2/3times a night. Bloods are normal. I suffer with acute stress and anxiety/depression for years and sleep has never been affected as bad until now. Should I be worried its serious?

I dont have issues falling asleep I have trouble staying asleep and I wake up just as tired as when I went to bed. Iron is on the lower side of normal and I take supplements but the rest of bloods are fine. I also have depression. Is this all linked?
I feel weak in my knees/suddenly tired. I test my blood sugar and it's normal. Then I eat and I feel better. I usually sleep afterwards. Ideas?
