Removed 3 teeth all together 10 days ago. upper, left, back. i still wake up to pain every morning. not severe pain, but need advil to go back to sleep. taking advil twice a day. if this is dry socket, does it heal by itself? or do i need to see doc?

Hard to say....: Dry socket pain is pretty severe, and often there is a foul smell or taste. If you are still in as much pain as you described, a post operative visit with your dentist is in order.
