docs can you explain, is it worth losing the sleep you need to wake up for school in the morning?

Dr. Heidi Fowler

It is worth going to: Bed earlier at night so that you can wake up earlier in the morning without "losing the sleep" school is mega important. Sorry, i can't help you rationalize sleeping in and not attending school.
