My tsh was 5.160 3 weeks later it is 3.20 one dr says i have hypo thyroid another says i don't. i had the panel done and only one was at its most ?

Tsh: One has to know the normal range of the tsh where your lab work was done. It would also be helpful to know values of other thyroid tests. Tsh is an accurate assessment of thyroid status and if it is not elevated or abnormally low, it signifies normal thyroid status. Borderline results are repeated to be sure. If you have further concerns, consult an endocrinologist or throidologist.
