The best normal: The best normal is the one that fits you. I'll trust you not to use the idea to justify bad things, but if you've been living like this for years and are generally well, it's probably fine for you. We are not machined items that are interchangeable - we're a bit unique in most ways. If you do feel too tired after these nights, try not to stay up longer than you must and rest the next day.
