Okay: If you are refreshed when you get up in the morning and do not have day time drowsiness, there is no need to take any medications to help you have uninterrupted sleep. What you are experiencing is normal in people at your age (and mine), Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
