i generally don't sleep straight (7 hrs) during the night and wake up every 2-3 hours to use the restroom or not. could it be a deviated septum?

Could be : Airway obstruction can certainly be causing sleep interruption. You should see an an ENT or sleep specialist to be evaluated. Of course getting up multiple times to urinate can also be a problem with your prostate so discuss that with your doctor.

Possibly: But many other possibilities as well. A sleep study might help.
