Consult an MD: In a healthy individual, panic attacks are not dangerous, although they feel that way. A Harvard study(2007), found a link between panic attacks and heart risk in postmenopausal women. This link has not been clarified, but a recent Australian study (2015), suggested that, in some people, the symptoms of panic attacks might represent a musdiagnised heart condition, but again, highly unlikely.
