Evaluation?: Ever been evaluated with a stress test, ecg, possibly an echocardiogram? Panis attacks are a diagnosis of exclusion. Recommend a cardiology consult if not done yet. Given you have had multiple ecgs and a stress echo you may ask your doctor what utility a ct angio would be to assess for coronary artery disease. This will tell you yes or no. My hunch, negative but that = peace of mind.
