I wouldn't: If i were the person concerned, i wouldn't drink while taking Lexapro (escitalopram) or any other psychotropic medication. If your liver is impaired, metabolism of both Lexapro (escitalopram) and alcohol will be impaired also. Some may be able to tolerate the increased sedation, etc, but i'm not willing to okay something i wouldn't want to do myself.
