3 days ago i had a shooting pain go from my upper neck all the way down my spine. if i move my arms or look up my neck and jaw area hurt. no relief?

Nerve irritation: This is a sign, of irritation of nerve or nerves, coming out of your spine, providing sensation to the skin and various parts of you described. This could be a pinched nerve do with this, it could be inflammation of the nerve due to other cars, including shingles. I would get checked.
