I got an injury 4 days ago. i havent see the doctor. now i feel my hand is swelling a bit. i dont know abt my history of immunization. do i need a tt?

Depends: If you don't know when your last tetanus shot was, won't hurt, if you're over 15, the time for TT or dT immunization is every 10 years. Especially if the injury broke the skin and occurred with an unclean or dirty object. Go to an urgent care center and get it checked out !
