Blunt trauma hand bone injury over 3 months ago. normal x-rays and mri but the swelling has not improved much. i use my hand daily with kt tape and a compression glove. doc says to give more time but my hand still throbs w/o tape. what should i do?

Will just take time: It is not uncommon in blunt trauma to have residual swelling, stiffness and weakness due to the soft tissues healing. This can last up to a year. Just keep things moving and supple
