Hello. ive had pneumonia my last visit 3 days ago i was told it was gone. how come my chest still feel tight and somewhat hard to breathe sometimes?

Healing process : Even though the pneumonia is no longer evident in the Xray or examination you may still experience symptoms of cough, shortness of breath for a while as the lung heals. If the symptoms persist or worsen you should always go back for a re evaluation with your doctor to ensure it is completely resolved or something else is not causing your symptoms
