How else to evaluate for possible csf leak? doc gave me tube for sample of drainage, but my nose is totally dry. confused

CSF leak : In the event that you do have some drainage you should collect the fluid. A quick test for CSF is to use a glucose test strip or urine dip stick to test for the presence of glucose which is found in spinal fluid but not in a run of the mill nasal discharge ( runny nose )
