Not feasible based upon your post to precisely say whether or not you do have a spinal fluid leak, but if your bad headaches are a recent event, you would be advised to seek help at an urgent care center, and a neurologist shortly thereafter. Most likely this represents a sinus issue, but best to have a simple test to distinguish.
