I have a severe sunburn and in a lot of pain. now my feet are swollen. should i seek treatment at a hospital or doctor?

Probably not: Time will heal you. Cool water will relieve pain. Emollient such as vaseline or Aquaphor will help. Even better, certain membranes such as bioclussive are excellent for this. I have large sheets of it for situations such as this. Avoid Bacitracin, Neosporin, or triple antibiotic because they are useless and because they so often cause allergic reactions.
