High crp: Such a high crp suggests presence of more than a mild inflammatory process in your system. Do you have any symptoms consistent with active arthritis,colitis, infection,etc? Other than controlling your lipid levels(cholesterol,.ldl)and taking a daily low dose aspirin, the only oth.er advice would be to get evaluated by your physician or a rheumatologist.
