Consult nephrologist: Your eGFR is lower than normal and is probably even lower, given that you are a vegan. Diabetes and high blood pressure are risks for kidney disease and both are worse than the sum of each. It would be prudent to consult a nephrologist.

Between 2017 -now (maybe even before) my gfr has ranged from 61-57. All other labs wnl. No protein in urine. Normal kidney US. Dr not worried. do have some barely noticeable edema in shins but Im pretty sedentary. Could this be why or kidney disease?
