Canker sore: Canker sores are often (but not always)'the result of trauma or stress. The canker sores (aphthous ulcers) generally heal spontaneously in 10-14 days. It's possible you have a viral infection which produces multiple ulcers. See your dentist for a thorough examination and diagnosis, and recommendations to alleviate any pain from the ulcers.
