There is a lump in his left nipple and it hurts when he touch's on a scale from 1-10 it is a 7 the pain is on the outside of the nipple near his armp?

Gynecomastia: He may be suffering from gynecomastia or male breast development which can manifest as visible enlargement and/or sensitive/painful nipple. See doctor: Could be many things. Coyld be enlargement of breast tissue or infection. You are best served to see your doctor for evaluation and treatment
