See your MD: The breast with pain could be just simple fibrocystic disesase, but it should be evaluated. However a lump in the opposite arm pit need to be evaluated, probably a lymph node. You have an infection you arenot aware of, you could have an enlarged node signaling other problems. Please get evaluated.
