I've had 2 surgeries within 3 days of eachother for bunion removal. my screws keep backing out and bone incongruent. do i need the joint fused?

Screw loose.: Something is not right. Either the fixation was questionable or there was too much activity post surgery. You had better get a second opinion before the situation gets out of hand. Properly done, it would take more than 2 days to fail unless there was aggravating circumstances. Clearly, you would know if your post operative activity was at play here and if not, you should take action accordingly.
