Possibly: yes BUT DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES INCREASE THE DOSE ON YOUR OWN...Ask the prescribing HEALTH PROFESSIONAL if a raise in dosage OR/AND another medication is the next "step"! Hope this helps Dr Z
