On lexapro (escitalopram) 10 since 12/30 for severe depres and anxiety not working & no orgasm. should i increase dose or add new med. what med can u suggest 4 both.

If you have: severe depression - it is really important that you work aggressively to get rid of it. That means talking to your physician/ psychiatrist about your medications and getting involved in psychotherapy. Asking doctors on the internet what you should do next, isn't the way to go. Commit to getting well.
