Don't expect miracle: Pills & homeopathics will rarely cure oral infections, just temporarily control them. Please see a Periodontist, a fully qualified gum/bone specialist, to provide you with leading edge care. Don't you think if Garlic was a cure that it would have been embraced by the Dental community by now? Your use of herbs and your symptom reduction may be just coincidental. See a specialist.
