Is it a sinus infxn?: If you haven't seen an ENT yet it's time. A lot of times patients don't get better because they are being treated for something they really don't have. If you have nasal congestion, decreased smell and taste, yellow green mucous, cough then it's a good chance you have a sinus infection. If you have facial pain or headache without those other symptoms you may not have sinusitis.

See below: At this point you probably need a thorough nasal exam including nasal endoscopy, a ct scan, and consideration be given for a nasal culture to determine if you have a resistant bacteria. It's probably also worthwhile to consider getting allergy tested.
