Multiple symptoms: Your symptoms are common to numerous problems, and what's causing fever, headache, sore throat, etc. and you may have more than one. You need lab tests, for example, to test for Mono or Strep. You need to be evaluated for bruxism and it's cause. Please be examined by both Dentist and Physician. You may not have a simple one stop shopping problem, but may have multiple coincident problems.
