General practitioner: I have the largest concern with your throat area. I would consult and visit your general practitioner to have that evaluated. That may be the root of the other symptoms.

Duration and history: Really need to know the duration of these symptoms and if the issues were brought about by some sort of trigger. Also, if you have experienced these symptoms before.I would see a doctor asap.
