Yes, ENT is best: for true vertigo. S/he should be able to sort out whether the cause is otologic or neurologic. They are not that versed in hormones, but hormonal imbalance does not result in vertigo, as opposed to dizziness. Great website called dizziness-and-balance.com could help you to sort it out beforehand. Good luck!
