That's all ENT said?: Fluid in your middle ear has nothing to do with dizziness. The balance organs are in the inner ears which you can't see by looking at the eardrum. The fluid issue is irrelevant; what's pertinent is why are you dizzy? ENTs are dizziness specialists. What did ENT think is causing it?
