Epigastric pain: The pain described here sound like epigastric pain. We can say possibilities but need more detailed information and exam /testings may be necessary get to the bottom of it. The possibilities are Peptic ulcer, severe gastritis, esophagitis or esophageal ulcer, costochondritis, pleuritis, pericarditis, cholecystitis etc
