Good day , when i stand up i get a pain in the center of my chest half way between upper and lower ribs , its not a sharp pain , more like somebody pressing down on my chest , when i blow my breath out all the way ut also sometimes hurt?

Never ignore: chest pain. Get examined and get an EKG to check your heart as well as a physical exam and blood testing.
