I have been having not stop indigestion and heart burn for 3days, it gets a better for a little while if i eat. chest and throat feel raw. not short of breath but feels hard to take in air sometimes. is this just gerd? pepcid ac & tums not working

This could be GERD: but there are other more serious diagnoses possible including heart disease. You need to be evaluated by a health care professional as soon as possible since this has been going on for three days!
