See below: Tdap can cause a wide variety of side effects. Muscle aches are very common. Dizziness can mean weakness or tiredness or vertigo (a feeling of spinning), so your description i'd not clear enough here except that if the dizziness is, tiredness and weakness, that is a se of the tdap along with "dizziness"; but vertigo is not. As for tingling lips, hard to say what this is. I would see your doc.
