H/A dizzy: May be early shingles / Bells palsy due to herpes or lyme, or may be sinusitis from allergies infection or even strep . Would follow up with doc today. For Herpes/ shingles need acyclovir, for lyme/strep antibiotics, for sinusitis antihistamines and possible antibiotics
