Don't take at nite!: Rhodiola is a wonderful herb with a long history of use and many proven benefits but, while it can be calming, it is also energizing so I always have my patients take it in the morning. I question the knowledge of whoever told you to take it at night! See http://tinyurl.com/jokfg6f CorticoB5B6 also provides adrenal support but again, B vits, esp, B5, are energizing and should be taken in the AM!

Rhodiola for daytime: Rhodiola is not for bedtime use. Take it in the morning or afternoon. Two capsules after a few days can cause constipation, so back off to one a day if that happens. For bedtime, use Ashwagandha, around 500 mg. It's also an Adaptogen like Rhodiola, but helps you sleep. Cherry juice, 8 oz twice a day adds 1 1/2 hrs sleep.
