Tests, tests, tests: Usual regime of 2 antibiotics + a PPI for 3 weeks works cures in 85 % of time. Not 100 %. With several treatment failures have to consider other possibilities including false +'s, and possible stomach cancer. Go to a good gastroenterologist and discuss with him.
