After being treated for a tick bite, is it normal go continue to itch in that same area.?

Possible: Tick bites can be very reactive. Depending on your particular sensitivity to bites, you could have itching for 2-3 weeks or more. Perhaps you should use some topical steroid cream and some antihistamines and an ice pack. If this persists, you should be seen, especially if there is rash that continues to get bigger, if there is streaking, heat or fever or enlarged lymph nodes. Don't hesitate!
