Disclaimer

i was bitten by a tick 5 years ago, it healed and left a scar. i don't know if its because ihave keliod skin but it itches up to this day.?

Probably scar: Without evidence of other symptoms, and if the itching is localized at just the scar site, i would think it is likely secondary to just mechanical irritation of the scar causing it to itch. There are many silicone pad products that seem to help with scar minimizing.

If keloid > steroid: If you are keloid prone then steroid injections may help to relieve the symptoms of itching.
