About 5 years ago i was bitten by a tick between my toe i have keliod skin the bite leave a scar and it itches what could this be?

Dermatitis: If your skin keloids, i recommend that you not scratch that area too much. Keloids don't itch for the most part. If you have a scar from the tick bite, it shouldn't itch. If something on the skin itches, it could be that something bit you again or that you have some inflammation to the area. You can try some low potency over the counter Hydrocortisone or tea tree oil. See a dermatologist.
