Loneliness: There are many ways to deal with the feeling of loneliness. The reasons you feel this way could be very complex and I would suggest seeing a psychologist to find out why you are feeling this way. Ask yourself why you feel lonely and try to find some solutiions, eg. joining a meetup or group, exercise etc., making new friends. Monitor your inner voice and change how you are thinking.

This sounds like de: depression. Please go to talk to to a psychiatrist or psychologist and find out what your pattern of symptoms is and the best treatment plan for you in order to feel better and happier now. There is no reason to suffer or be embarrassed its very common.
